Christarchy!

Hey fellas, new guy here.

It's looking more and more likely that I'll go to work for a missionary organization in the near future. It's arranged like most of it's kind, with a pyramidal hierarchy of power and little control of operations by lower ranking staff. Assuming I become staff there, I'd like to work towards decentralizing the power structure to put it into the hands of every staff member, where most bigger decisions would be made democratically.

I started this thread to get feedback on how people might go about creating such an anarcho-socialist (for lack of a better term) community in my own example, as well as for pooling knowledge about the application side of anarchism - how to implement the theory.
